So how far along are you...

My mind is totally in the gym but physically my body is elsewhere. I think about it all the time. I can picture the last time I was on the treadmill or the last time I was sitting in the sauna...all that sweat and those tingling muscles...how good it felt (physically and mentally). I mean, I even have my workout clothes on right now as I'm sitting here writing this post. I thought about going to the gym here at the aparments to save the hassle of actually getting in the car and going to my regular gym and dealing with that hot mess, but I can't even do that - even that's not motivating. I would totally be in there by myself with full access to everything. No wait. No sweaty machines. No meatheads. I would be the hottest chick in there. When I get the opportunity to work out, which isn't very often, I get this huge wave of tiredness that comes over me or this cleaning calling - I need to clean out the fridge. I need to fold the clothes that are in the dryer. I need to start another load. I need to make the bed. Why can't I just go work out? Why? I guess I'll just continue to look pregnant because I obviously can't get my fat bellied ass in the gym. Yes, I get "So how far along are you..." at least once a month. I have a 4 year old and an 18 month old and I still look pregnant. It's sad and I only have myself to blame. Blah.

Bad Wife

So Lindsey comes home yesterday at lunch and asks what the date is and I'm like... I don't know. Ever since I've been working from home I totally don't keep up with the date or anything; I'm a total bum. Anyway, I could tell he was trying to hint at something and I had no clue as to what it was. And then he said 08-08-08. And I was like... Oh my God our anniversary is this Sunday! I had totally forgotten. I felt so horrible. And for like the past couple of weeks I've been saying that I'm so glad that we finally don't have anything coming up; we've been so bombarded with a million things to do, people to see, and places to go. I mean...I totally forgot! I couldn't believe it! He remembered and I didn't. Isn't the other way around usually??? So...I have no idea what we're going to do because we don't have a sitter lined up and we totally haven't bugeted for anything. Bummer. :(

Princess Birthday

Okay...so our Princess Birthday party was kind of a success! Lol! Unfortunately, Lindsey couldn't get off work that day so he wasn't there and about a few hours before the party started our AC started acting up so it was like a freaking furnace in there. I also forgot the face paint for the boys and I wasn't able to get a whole lot of pics b/c everything was kind of chaotic. Of course, Kennedy didn't notice any of that and that's all that matters. She had a great time getting her make-over and decorating her cookie and eating cake and ice cream and playing and making a mess and opening all her presents. I mean, she had such a good time that after the last guest left she starting balling her eyes out asking why everyone left. I felt so bad...her little heart was totally broken. So I had to explain to her that birthday parties only last for just a little while and then it's over until the next year and to enjoy it while it lasts! Okay, so I know this post is a day late but I actually started working on it yesterday...I just didn't finish. Anyway, Happy 4th Birthday my little Princess! I can't believe how fast you're growing each and every day. I mean...you start school next year! That's crazy! I love you so much sweetheart! You're the most amazing, smart, beautiful, precious little girl anyone could ever ask for! I love you baby! And here's a blast from the past:

Update...

Okay, so I obviosuly need to update my blog if my background is so old that it's disappeared...Lol! And my last post was from June! Anyway, as you can see from my last post the quality of the pictures were pretty much crap. I use my camera phone for pics because I have absolutely no idea how to work our digital camera; there's a manual but I'm too lazy to read it and as of this weekend my phone has pretty much had it; doesn't work - dead. It survived two toddlers, a husband, tons of slobber, & about a million drops. I'm getting a new one sometime this week... hopefully. And I'm totally sad because so much has happened recently and I've wanted to post pics.! I mean... there's been bdays, holidays, our new place... all kinds of stuff! But like I said, I'm getting a new phone sometime this week and I'll get back on track and maybe spiff up the blog a bit so stay tuned.
