Just melted my heart...

So I'm working today as usual and normally, even tho my door is closed, I can still tell what's going on through out the house. Well at about 1 or so it was dead silent and Lindsey & the baby were both here and I was like...there's no way E's already down for nap and Lindsey better not be napping too b/c I gave him a ton of stuff to do. So I leave my little space on my mission to bust someone and go into the living room and no one is there and I check our bedroom and our bathroom and no one is in there...no one in the kitchen or dining. So then I go to kids room and peek in and E is on his little fold out couch, the TV is off, and Lindsey is sitting there patting him to sleep. I don't know why, but I just thought it was soooo sweet. He was just sitting there Indian style on the floor next to E just patting and rubbing and his back and saying, "ssshhhh" over and over. He didn't just throw him in there to go to sleep on his own or give him a sippy cup full of milk to shut him up or put a movie on to fall asleep to. He sat there patiently and waited until E feel fast asleep. He's such a good Daddy! :)
